Appeal dossier — a new service for people whose deposit an exchange has already frozen: source-of-funds tracing, category exposure, the transaction that triggered the alert, screening against OFAC/EU/UN and issuer blocklists, and a QR-verifiable PDF. Read more.
A ready compliance letter in English — an appendix to the dossier, drafted as a submission under the venue's official procedure rather than a support ticket.
Procedure and deadlines for the specific venue — the dossier sets out what the exchange must do and by when: for venues holding an EU CASP licence that is two months for a reasoned decision (Article 71 of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114; Article 6(2) of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/294), and where to escalate if the deadline is missed. Where there is no such licence, we say plainly that no legal deadline exists.
Applicant document checklist — the blockchain cannot link funds to personal income, so the dossier lists what you need to attach yourself.
