We collect the minimum and explain it plainly — what, why, and how to delete it.

📋 What data we process

Address/hash to check — public blockchain data you enter. This is not your personal data.
On sign-in: Telegram ID and username or e-mail or a basic Google profile (e-mail) — only to link your balance and login.
Balance and check-purchase history — for billing.
Technical logs (API requests, timestamps) — for security and reliability.

We never ask for your seed phrase, private key or a wallet connection.

🎯 Why and on what basis

Providing the service and billing — performance of the Terms of Service.
Security and abuse prevention — legitimate interest.

🤝 Who we share with

Screening providers (OFAC, Chainalysis, TRM Labs, MistTrack, etc.) receive only the address being checked — not your personal data. Payments go through a crypto payment provider (CryptoBot), emails through Zoho. We do not sell your data to third parties.

⏳ How long we keep it

Account data — while your account is active. After account deletion, related data is erased. Technical logs are kept for a limited period.

⚖️ Your rights (GDPR)

You may request access to your data, correction, deletion, and object to processing. You can exercise the right to erasure right here (for web accounts) or by emailing support@amlconsensus.com.

🗑️ Delete my data

Deletes your web account (e-mail/Google), balance and purchase history. This is irreversible. For a Telegram account, deletion is via the bot or support (the balance is shared with the bot).

🍪 Cookies

No advertising cookies. For login we use the browser's localStorage (a session token) — only to keep you signed in.
